Activism & Concerns:

Active in the RI peace movement in the 1960s; member of Ailanthus (Boston), jailed a few times for civil disobedience in those years; also much vigilling. My interest is in social change with particular emphasis on anti-war and environmental issues.

Why be a Granny:

I like street theatre, singing, protest in the company of older women.

And … :

My Ahimsa Graphics business is focused on making designs with social-change themes and printing them on T-shirts, tote bags, and stationery. My new work is more painterly.
